Yes. A certificate states that the doctor has seen you to certify any illness or injury. This document has legal standing so you must make an appointment to see a GP if you require a medical certificate.

Yes, we may be able to confirm that test results have been received over the phone, within two working days following test collection for routine tests. When available, our practice nurse may provide advice according to the doctor’s comment on the test result. You will need to make an appointment with your doctor to discuss the significance of the result for your future health care decisions.
